Enviromental Policy
Updated: 3rd April 2024
FCB London has an environmental management system that encompasses the activities of the London office. It is committed to the continuous implementation of hands-on measures to reduce the environmental impact of business operations.
We aim to minimise any significant environmental impacts and deliver sustainability in our business practices through our environmental management system. We recognise this to be a continuous process of improvement and seek to also improve the performance of our suppliers.
In delivering this policy we have the following objectives:
- Ensure our procurement practices are in line with the environmental international standard ISO 14001. We shall monitor and continuously improve our environmental performance, whilst preventing pollution wherever possible, striving for a more efficient future.
- To set objectives, targets and programmes to improve our environmental performance, including sustainable sourcing, carbon management, the use of ethical supply chains, preventing pollution and pursuit of recognised environmental standards amongst our suppliers such as ISO 14001.
- Seek to reduce, re-use, and recycle, and conserve natural resources through the responsible use of energy, water and materials. This can be realised through the use of energy efficient electric hand dryers, PIR sensors, intelligent PC optimisation, secure &lqou;follow me&rqou; printing, carbonated zip taps replacing bottled water, and the removal of all under desk waste bins.
- Promote appropriate consideration of sustainability and environmental issues in the services we provide to our clients, FSC paper sourcing and reduce the environmental impact of mail shots.
- To comply as a minimum with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and take a proactive approach to future requirements and obligations.
- To communicate applicable information and provide training for staff, whilst ensuring that this Environmental Policy is available to all stakeholders upon request.
- To regularly review and audit our environmental practices and work with our employees, service partners, landlords and their agents to promote improved environmental performance through the ISO Certified 14001 standard.
